  • 2 oz Añejo Tequila

  • 1 oz Natural pear juice

  • 1 tsp Brown sugar

  • Rosemary infusion

  • 1 drop Mezcal

  • Ice

Preparation:

  1. In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Añejo Tequila, 1 oz of natural pear juice, and 1 tsp of brown sugar.
  2. Add a rosemary infusion (you can create this by steeping rosemary in hot water for a few minutes, then cooling it down).
  3. Add 1 drop of Mezcal for an added smoky touch.
  4. Strain into a chilled glass
  5. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary or a slice of pear for a touch of elegance.

    Tropical Cactus

    • Blanco Tequila

    • Cactus water blended with green apple

    • Agave honey

    • Lime

    Preparation:

    1. In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Blanco Tequila, 3 oz of cactus water blended with green apple, and 1 oz of agave honey.

    2. Squeeze the juice of half a lime to add a fresh citrus kick.

    3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until well chilled.

    4. Strain into a chilled glass

    Cold Churro

    • Añejo Tequila

    • Almond milk

    • Maple honey

    • Ground cinnamon

    Preparation:

    1. In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Añejo Tequila, 3 oz of almond milk, and 1 oz of maple honey.

    2. Add a pinch of ground cinnamon to bring in that warm, churro-like flavor.

    3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the mixture is chilled and frothy.
